I couldn't rate this setting highly enough. I started university in September '22, and was really nervous about placing my daughter with a childminder as it was new to me. We searched really hard, and came across Riggles and Giggles, and i'm so glad we did. My daughter has struggled with transitions, as she was a covid baby so was with us all the time and that's all she knew. Fast forward to now and she tells us how excited she is to be able to go into the setting and really looks forward to being picked up from school by Dawn, to which she has been so helpful, adaptable and accommodating with. We have always been very well informed about how she is getting on throughout the day, through pictures which we really appreciate seeing, and are always kept informed about what she has eaten also.

There are ample activities in the setting, an amazing variety and all very inclusive and suit children's needs and wants. There are different things everyday, and we really enjoy seeing the lovely art she brings home with her that she has created in setting also.

We are very very grateful to have found Dawn, she is part of the family now, and my daughter has come on so much in her confidence since being there. Dawn is currently working alongside ourselves and our health visitor with evident sensory issues, and are in the process of identifying additional needs. We have been thoroughly supported in this journey and Dawn is very experienced in health and educational needs.

She has a very broad and extensive knowledge of nutrition and oral health, and child behavior. My daughter has started eating much better since being in this setting, and now eats a lovely healthy diet, and enjoys taking fruit to setting to prepare herself whilst she is there. This has been invaluable to us as a family.

There are trips out, to the local park and other local areas. The children are very well looked after outside of the setting and all risks are assessed to keep the children safe and secure.

Once again, thank you so much for being an invaluable help and support for all of us, we couldn't thank you enough. Highly, highly recommend to any other parents!
