About Me
Kerry Starmore's childminding service has been open since 2008. I live with my husband and daughter in St Dials Cwmbran. I have been DBS checked and regularly inspected by CIW also a member of Pacey.
I provide a happy, secure, caring and stimulating environment to children between the ages of 6 months -12 years of age. I treat all children in my care as part of the family..

I encourage several pre-visits for you and your child so that we can chat informally and identify your child’s specific needs, preferences and abilities.
I may also be able to offer term time or holiday only contracts. open on school inset days but closed on all public bank holidays.
I operate a simple registration system where parents are asked to complete an assessment form-which includes any cultural, religious requirements or food allergies. child record form and contract for their child as well as numerous consent forms for taking photographs, observations, emergency medical treatment and arrangements, applying sunscreen, using outside play equipment and transporting children in my vehicle.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder from june 2008 and I have many more years experience of looking after children in a nursery and school. I enjoy the company of children and love being a childminder. I have fantastic references from parents which are avaliable to view.
My Qualifications
I have a nvq level 2 in early years childcare and education, NVQ level 3 in childcare, learning and development. completed the icp in childminding practice,
I have first aid, food hygiene and child protection certificates and attend regular evening courses

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
My fees are £5 per hour.
£5 per hour for before and after school.
£180full time space.
if you are eligible Tax Credits/universal may help you pay for up to 80% of your childcare costs. I also offer the Welsh government 30 hours free childcare for 3/4 year olds.
