Olivia helped me in March 2014 for 4 days while I was pregnant with baby no.2, and very sick. It was probably quite a difficult job, as I was still in the house, and my 19 month old daughter would be clingy if she saw me. However, Olivia was FANTASTIC. Straight away she engaged my daughter, got down on her level and got her engrossed in playing. She took her out as much as possible, on the bus, to the library, arranged play dates and found a local playgroup for a morning. She also sorted water play at home and made play dough. My daughter was entranced with her and was giving her hugs on day 1, quite unusual! Olivia was an expert at distraction to keep her away from me and engaged so she didn't get upset if she saw me. She kept busy and needed minimal prompting to do chores while my daughter napped. She was reliable, capable and a good communicator. We were sorry that we only needed her for 4 days and would have no hesitation recommending her.
