Lynne has been with me since January 2015, both as sole charge, and as a nanny share. She is a fantastic support to busy full-time working parents - nothing is too much trouble. She is loving and caring to our 2 children (now aged 7 and 4), and over the last 18 months has really helped my daughter come our of her shell, who is now a confident little girl, ready for school. She is very active with the children, and has built a good network of other carers during her time with us.

Our youngest is starting school in September, so I no longer have the requirement for full time childcare. This is the only reason we are ending our time with her.

I really can't recommend her highly enough - and we will all be very sad to see her go next month.
