Melina is a great childminder who has looked after my 2 children (Daniella - 9yrs and Isabella - 5yrs) for over 6yrs now. She is absolutely brilliant with them. One of the many great things about Melina is how she is with my children and also how they are with her, they absolutely love her and call her Aunty. She is very organised and provides a very safe environment for the kids. Melina works with the parents to ensure she understands the needs of the children and helps them in their journey from babies to toddlers, to pre-school, primary school, etc. She follows the early learning curriculum and monitors the progress of each child to ensure they are on the right path. She reads with them, takes them to playgroups, etc. She also provides constructive feedback for each child in her care. She is very reliable and extremely patient with the children. Unfortunately we have now moved away from the area and sincerely wish we could take her with us. My children still ask after her from time to time, especially Isabella (who she looked after as a baby) and insists on the occasional visit when we can because they miss her. Our experience with Melina and her family is an experience we will cherish because my children were very happy in her care.

Melina has been a wonderful childminder for Nathanael and Nina. She is one of the few minders who care for children with passion and dedication. When i moved into the area, Melina was the only, and I mean the only childminder who was willing to sacrifice her sleep to helping me; due to my work starting time. She has been of tremendous help for the past one year and half, and She takes pride in her work, also she takes very good care of the children entrusted into her care. They feel rest assured in her care and simply calls her Aunty. She is very organised, She communicate effectively to parents and always gives feedback in anything relating to your child. Anyhow, we are extending our boundaries and we shall dearly miss her really much. As well as I have enjoyed her services, my children also have.

My son has been cared for by Melina for the past five years and he loves going to her. Melina an excellent childminder and has developed with Jenson over the years, he calls her Aunty. Melina has provided us with reports and photos as well as keeping to the relevant curriculum. She is organised and thinks through activities that are engaging to all the children in her care. Her house has a great playroom and wonderful garden for the children to play in and arranges trips out/treats that he has always enjoyed. Not only has Jenson been welcomed in but so have we as a family. I would recommend Melina to anyone that asks with no hesitation. Just a genuinely lovely woman.

Melina has been an excellent childminder for our son. She is very well organised and provides children with a calm and safe environment so they can thrive. She plans carefully to maximise progression and gives regular reports. In addition, she is kind, caring and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Melina to anybody - I know our son will miss her very much.

My 3 year old, Elise, started with Melina in April 2013 after I had a bad experience at another childcare provider. Melina provided the reassurance that I needed to leave Elise with her. She welcomes you into her home and makes you feel at ease and comfortable in her presence. Elise found herself in an environment that she thrived in. Melina provides the care and play experiences that children need and enjoy for them to develop. Due to a change in my circumstances Elise left in December 2013. This was an extremely sad time as it was something that I really did not want to do. Her loving warm nature made me feel so reassured that I had left Elise in the right place. Thank you so much for the time Elise spent with you. She really misses you.

My son Alfie-James has completed a year in Melina's care. She is a very hands on and wonderful lady with an amazing family. Melina knows her children on a one to one basis and updates myself as the parent on the daily activities that took place. Melina worked with me and supported me with potty training my son and very quickly my son was out of nappies and using the toilet bu himself. My son now attends nursery and he settled very quickly thanks to the wonderful support from Melina. She helped Alfie develop the socialising skills that he needed for his future. I would highly recommend Melina to absolutely anyone and i would definitely be using her as my childminder again in the future when i expand my family. Melina and her family have become very good friends with myself and Alfie.

My son kayden has been attending happy kids home for coming up to a year he is of age 2. Within this year I have seen a big improvement in my sons development and understanding. She is very hands on. Kayden has a very big bond with Melina and loves going to nursery on a daily bass. Her house is baby proof and also has a play room which all the kids love also with a garden. I would recommend Melina to anyone as kayden always has such a lovely day

Melina has only been looking after my son Alfie-James for 3 months and already i have seen a vast improvement in his behaviour and development! She has a very well baby proofed home and has a huge varitey of facilities for the children including a play room, garden and downstairs bathroom so the children have no access to stairs
