Shirley feels like a family friend to me and to my children. I know she would be there for all of us under any circumstances. Shirley has been our childminder for over 6 years (though it feels like we've known her forever) covering pre-school care and before/after school care. During my daughter's pre-school time there Shirley always provided a variety of activities out and about all over, at no extra cost, as well as chill out time and craft activities at home. Both of my children love going to Shirley's and certainly feel like it's a second home. I feel confident that they would approach Shirley with any difficulties if I wasn't available and that she would help them through it.
