Most unprofessional childminder I have ever met

I have been with this particular childminder for approximately 7 months give or take. Everything was fine at the beginning she was picking him up and dropping him off at my work place and that was all prefect. However for the past couple of months I relaised that something changed with the service she was providing and she was dropping him late or picking him up late (which I didn't mind if it was a couple of times) she then would frequently send me messages just when I was waiting to pick him up that she had a flat tire...she also sent threatening messages either half and hour before she is meant to have him, in the early hours of the morning sometimes or the day before, saying that she would not take my son that day if she doesn't get her payment in advance, as I don't get paid in advance for her service how would I be able to pay her in advance? and on this occasion she refused to take him fully knowing that I would be going to work. My review on the 7 months that she has cared for my son is she can be a fantastic childminder and my son loves her but her greed for money is not going to let her go anywhere too far. I have tried on countless occasions to igrnore her unprofessional attitude but after what happened to me today I would not recommend her as a childminder she will only try and use your weakness which is having someone to look after your child as a working parent to get what she want, and she is giving child minders a very bad name. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CHILDMINDER [UNPROFESSIONAL]!!!!
