Hayley is a super nanny. My boys took to her very well and she played board games with my younger son. My older son has high functioning autism. Hayley was obviously experienced as she knew to let him do his own thing (Eg: play the piano) when he needed some time to himself to process the change in dynamic. She was also able to get him to switch the lights off when the time was right, which can often be a challenge. We're looking forward to having her help again very soon.
