My son Aaron was 5 months old when I returned to work full time, Elaine has been looking after Aaron full time from then. At the start, Elaine suggested a settling in day which was a great idea & gave us all an opportunity for a test run. Aaron has always been a happy baby & very content. I was worried that going back to work so soon would somehow change his personality or slow his progress. I owe a lot to Elaine as she has made sure he progresses as well as he always has & kept him in the same routine I had him used to which made it so much easier for me. Elaine also helped continue the weaning process, encouraged his crawling, walking with a baby walker, drinking from a cup & his communication. He is in great hands & I am comfortable going to work knowing he is there. He settled in almost immediately. Aaron is always smiling when I turn up at her house in the morning & he loves seeing Elaine & the other kids there. Elaine takes him to toddlers & book bug club which has been great for him. I am very lucky to have found someone to look after Aaron & treat him as one of the family. Elaine is very calm & organised & often doing activities with her older mindees. Aaron is always happy to see me at the end of the day when I go to collect him & will crawl over to give me a cuddle but want back down to play. He is often tired from playing! Having a daily diary is also great as it tells me when his last feed was, how he has been that day etc - a lot of effort goes into writing this down every day! My experience is a very good one & Elaine has gone above & beyond what is expected on occasion for myself & Aaron. I would definitely recommend her childcare services to others.
