No Show

I contacted Leah after viewing her profile as I needed a babysitter for my son. She responded quite quickly to my messages and came across like a really lovely lady.

We arranged an appointment to meet at my home regarding babysitting but unfortunately, the morning of the appointment her car broke down and she was unable to attend.

I appreciated her letting me know and we agreed to meet on another day. That day came and Leah literally didn't turn up. I even texted her to check she would be attending and didn't get a response to my message.

She could be the greatest babysitter in the world, but not turning up to an appointment and letting the person know you are not able to make it is very unprofessional and rude. Even if something had happened where she couldn't have got back to me that day, she could have been courteous and responded when she had the chance. This was over a month ago so plenty of time to apologise for not turning up.

I guess my time wasn't valuable enough to her. I hope she doesn't do that to anyone else as I had to take time off to meet with her on both occasions.

A Great Asset

Leah, is great with both kids and quiet flexible that has proven to be a great asset to our ever changing workload and unreliable public transport demands.
