Zoe looked after my son for a year. When I met her for the first time I had no doubt she was the right person, I knew I had met an Angel. She is very calm and caring, she uses positive words all the time and she encourages the children to be kind and caring too.
The house is a stimulating environment full of lots of different interactive toys and activities. She has a fantastic garden with toys, cars and in the hot days she filled a paddling pool that my son loved. She is always making the most of the local area- regularly visiting parks, feeding the ducks and in rainy days taking the kids to the soft-play. Zoe provided regular arts and crafts sessions in her house; my son enjoyed painting, drawing, making cards and little gifts for special occasions.

The meals and snacks are healthy and freshly prepared, she encouraged our son to eat by himself and he is amazing at doing that now!

The communication is fantastic, she has a personal diary where she wrote down relevant information about the day and we could also write any important information we wanted to share with her.

She has a lovely family and her children have been amazing with my son.

My son has been thriving and he has grown up into a lovely caring little boy, I cannot take all of the credit for this.

I am are very sad to say goodbye but I think that the transition to reception will be smoother also thanks to Zoe.
