My son started nursery with Puffins just after he turned 1. He got used to the setting and the lovely staff very quickly and from the very beginning he treated it like a second home. Due to the size of the nursery and their approach, it has a family feel which worked really well for my son. Vanessa, the owner of the nursery is lovely, very organised and helpful. We needed some additional days on short notice when our nanny got ill and she was always very quick to respond and rescue us whenever she had availability. They also went to Farmer Palmers for a trip which was so much fun for the kids. They are also really accommodating with keeping the little ones' schedule and letting the parents know how they slept etc. The other kids also seemed really nice, we never had an issue.
