Sapphire first started working with my baby when he was about 3 weeks old. He was my first baby and I needed guidance on settling him for naps and establishing a routine. Sapphire helped my baby progress from being fed or rocked to sleep, to becoming an independent sleeper. She also gave me feeding advice and help with all sorts of other issues that cropped up along the way. My baby now naps regularly and is a very happy 8 month old!

Sapphire was always punctual, reliable and great to have around. My son loved spending time with her and he obviously felt safe with her. I used to email Sapphire from time to time with problems or questions and she was always so helpful. Thank you Sapphire!
