The best decision ever! we're so lucky to have you

I cannot recommend her enough. She is excellent.
My kids love her since the very first day. She is very sweet, reliable, responsible, organised, fun and disciplined; she just not look after the kids, but she also provides them with great educative activities (she plans different games, messy plays (without leaving any mess after :), sensory, etc... both of my kids have progressed a lot since she is looking after them), she believes in learning through play, therefore she also takes the time to find amazing playgroups, farms, soft plays, and lots of parks to go.
I don't have any complaints, and I wouldn't leave my children with any other person.
The best decision ever!

Adored dearly by my two children and by us.

Mel is just amazing! I first met Mel at a children's centre at a sing and sign session with my son, and at the time of meeting her with the child she was looking after I didn't realise that she was the nanny. This is nearly 4 years ago now.

Mel regularly babysits our two children and occasionally nanny's a day or two my older daughter during the school holidays. My children get so excited when they know they are getting looked after by Mel.

Her natural ability and connection with children is just amazing. She spends time planning activities and taking them out, regardless of the weather. Her creative skills with the children is amazing and we regularly display our children's artwork around the house that she has encouraged the children to create. She is a very patient and caring individual and we feel very relaxed and happy with leaving our children with Mel. When she looks after our children she regularly keeps us updated during her time with them about what they are doing, takes photos and sending us messages, which is extremely helpful and reassuring as we can always see how much fun they are having.

Mel is a fantastic nanny/babysitter and I highly recommend her.

Professional and Reliable - Such a great help

I was let down at the very last minute by a childminder on the very day they agreed to have my son, so I needed heIp at very short notice. I contacted Mel via this website and she was happy to help me that day.

I was very nervous about leaving my 2 year old son with a stranger but when she arrived she put me at ease.

Mel is a very professional lovely, good natured, responsible young lady, my son was very happy in her care and enjoyed her company. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone else as I was very happy with her and would use her again without hesitation.
