Donna looked after our 9 month old ar our wedding in June this year. We had spoken on the phone and then met the day before the wedding. When meeting on Friday I felt confident our little girl would be fine. She hasn't been looked after by anyone other than family for a short time but I knew Donna knew what she was doing and I felt quite happy handing over on the Saturday. I had planned on going to baby for evening feed and bed but on checking up on them around 5pm they were both fine and I left them to it. This was the best thing I did, I relaxed completely and wasn't worried in the slightest. I can be a bit of a worrier and mum does it best but I knew for a day Donna would really look after her and she'd be fine.
I gave Donna a little list of the schedule and any special bits. She listened to me, didn't make me feel like I was being an annoying mum which I probably was! She just asked what she needed to know and got on with it.
Donna was really professional, great communication and very polite. Would highly recommend her.
