Wonderful!

I have a boy of 5 months with reflux. Suzy was wonderful. She gave me excellent advice and suggestions but most of all she gave me confidence as a parent. I felt listened to, encouraged and I feel so much more confident and relaxed. My son is a happier little boy with a happy mummy!

Amazing maternity nurse

ProMatNurse is a baby expert â€“ I think our son was her 1040th baby â€“ and she is a fount of knowledge on all baby habits, including feeding, sleeping, playing and development. We have really appreciated having someone so kind, caring and knowledgeable with us from the beginning of our babyâ€™s life.

ProMatNurse was extremely supportive of my choice to breastfeed, and since she was with us from the very beginning, she was there for those very important first few days to establish breastfeeding and to ensure that I never got sore. Later, as breastfeeding got going, she helped me to understand how to maintain my milk supply and build it up to get through my babyâ€™s growth spurts.
ProMatNurse developed a routine for our baby that took into account his unique personality and needs. I never felt that he was pushed into anything; rather, that she listened to what he wanted and designed a routine to anticipate his needs and ours as a family. She seemed to have a magic touch with him and always knew exactly what he wanted and how to help him. Not only did she teach us all the practical ways to care for our baby, such as winding and bathing and massage, but she also really helped us to get to know him and understand his character. As a result, we have a happy, chatty, smiley baby who eats, plays and sleeps very well. By five weeks old he was sleeping for up to seven hours at night.

ProMatNurse is hard-working, honest, trustworthy, friendly and cheerful with a very positive attitude. She got on extremely well with my whole family and it was a pleasure to have her in our home. At the same time, she also knew when to give us our own space and was never around in the evenings.

Although it is hard work looking after a new baby, ProMatNurse took all the stress out of the experience, and made those precious first few weeks with our baby really good fun. I would highly recommend ProMatNurse to any parent wanting the best start for their baby, and would certainly want her to come back to help us with our future babies.
