About Us
I am a registered childminder and i work alongside an assistant who has been CRB checked and also approved by Ofsted.
I offer a safe and stimulating environment to children in my care. I can assure you that your little one will be offered the best possible support. And i will at at all time work in partnership with you to ensure your child develop to their full potential.
My home is welcoming and comfortable, this will enable little ones to enjoy and achieve. I have a wide range of resources in my setting which includes lots of toys, books and puzzles, arts and craft. I have a circus tent with lots of cuddly toys. Children will be able to role playing and participate in small world play activities.
Children can also venture into the garden to enjoy the playhouse and explore the environment. These activities will assist children with their development through play.
Children will be taken out daily to the Local Park, Library and the Children Centre. They will also be taken out on annual trips to the Farm and Museum and various other adventures.
Little ones will enjoy healthy meals and snacks with lots of fruits and vegetables. They will also be encouraged to drink water.
I have got Public Liability Insurance and i am a member of the NCMA.
MY EXPERIENCE:
I have got over 20 years experience in the care sector. I have worked for 2 Local Authorities in the role of Residential Social Worker/Respite Worker with children and families. I have also worked with ex-offenders and individuals with mental health issues. I am also an approved Foster Carer, caring for children from birth to 11 years. I have also brought up to 2 daughter's.

Jenny is childminder for our 14month old baby girl and has done a fantastic job settling her in. Lily seems very happy and enjoys the different activities like painting, visiting the park and library and going to playgroups. She also gets on well with the other children in Jenny's care. Jenny is very good at reporting back each day so I know what Lily has been up to, what her mood has been, what she ate/drank etc. She is good at communication generally and a lovely, friendly lady. I would highly recommend her.
Overall
I moved my 9 month old boy to be with Jenny 3 1/2 days a week following a not so great experience with a nursery. It was the best decision I could have made and he is now thriving. She has a really good relationship with him and he is excited to see her every morning.
The house if perfectly set out for toddlers, babies and older children and the other children (a small set up - 4 children at the most at the moment) seem to enjoy their time with her as much as mine does.
