Katie has looked after our little boy since January this year. She has a lovely, welcoming family home (with plenty of toys!) and we felt from our very first visit that our son would be happy there in a 'home from home' environment. Fin is our first child and I was very anxious leaving him, particularly as at the time he was going through a bit of a stranger anxiety phase and was not good at napping, however Katie was so flexible and we agreed several 'settling in' days. I was sent texts/ photos to let me know he was OK which was such a relief on those early days returning to work (and I continually receive regular communication about what they're doing each day). Katie has 3 young children of her own so Fin has lots of company and after only a couple of weeks he had settled well and his increase in confidence around other children and adults has been fantastic. During his time with Katie he always does different activities and gets regularly taken out to the park/ soft play/ lakes/ etc. Katie has been very flexible in working with us and our varying work hours which has again made returning to work so much easier. Essentially I would highly recommend her.
