Kind and Caring, Truly Excellent!

I have worked with Miss Rebecca Smith since November 2008. I employed Miss Smith to help me take care of my new born son Adi who arrived on the 17th November 2008.

I had the luxury of getting to know Miss Smith a few weeks before my baby was due and she was an amazing support system for me. As a first time mother the demands of a new born baby can be daunting and stressful but Miss Smith quickly became an extremely valued member of the
family, Miss Smith helped me with many duties with Adi.

Miss Smith would look after Adi on a shared basis with me for the first few weeks until we had established a routine that Adi had settled, then Rebecca continued to care for Adi on a sole charge basis, 5 days a week.

Miss Smith's time and experience of working with new born babies has been an asset to me. Miss Smith helped me with many duties such as baby related housekeeping tasks, (Adi's laundry, sterilization of bottles, keeping the nursery clean and tidy, weaning, regular feeds, also overnight babysitting to take care of Adi when I needed a good night's sleep).

Miss Smith's kind and caring nature has been invaluable to me. Adi loves being around Rebecca and even until this day Miss Smith regularly babysits and takes Adl out on day trips and playdates. I have been working with Miss Smith coming up to 4 years now and she is a dedicated and hardworking lady, who knows Adi inside out, Rebecca knows his likes and dislikes and isn't afraid to get involved in child's play. Rebecca will take Adi to the park and kick a ball around with him and will take him swimming and bring him home to
prepare Adi a healthy and nutritional meal, complete any reading or nursery work he has been given and deal with bath time and put Adi to bed.

Miss Smith is more than an employee to our family, she has become a dear friend and I honestly do not know how I would have coped the last few years without her help and support. I also recommended Miss Smith to my sister and she has also worked with her for the last three and a half years also, looking after all three of the boys at the same time.

To anyone thinking of employing Miss Smith to care for their child, do so. Miss Smith comes highly recommended and is a kind and loving person who genuinely has a great love for children and babies.
