Tina has been looking after my 2 boys since they were both 6 months old and after 6 amazing years we are very sad to be leaving her to move abroad.
From day one Tina bounded with the children and instantly gained my and their trust. She has developed an amazing relationship with the boys and despite being happy to come home with me, they have always been excited to see her in the morning and often asked me during the weekends or holidays when if they would go back to see Tina.
Tina is very professional, caring and fun. She is very creative and makes even little things an adventure for the children. She has wonderful ideas not only to entertain the children but also to arouse their curiosity and interest. Each month she will have a different theme and adapt the activities based on the children’s age and interests. She also takes the children to different toddler groups making sure they socialise with other children and are prepared when time to start school has arrived.
Tina always makes the time at the end of the day to take me through the activities done with the children, shared pictures and artwork with us. She advised and supported me on a many occasions where I needed some reassurance and guidance. Potty training for example has been challenging for my first son. She gave me many tricks, ideas and encouragement.
Tina’ setting is not only Tina but her lovely family too. My children felt part of Tina’s family and they constantly talk about Tina’s sons and Mark her husband.
We are truly going to miss them all and she has set the bar very high, probably impossible for me to find someone as good as her to be caring for my children.
