Ann has been looking after my daughter Caitlin for 2 years. She cares for her 3 days a week for around 2.5 hours after school. Caitlin settled in really well to this routine and has always been happy to go to her house. Equally I have never had any concerns about Caitlin being in her care. There are always crafts and activities being organised, with Caitlin bringing home lots of pictures or models that she has made. I have always known Ann to look after the children in her care patiently and with kindness, both at her house and at the playgroup that she helps to run (which is where I first met and got to know her). One of the reasons I was happy to use Ann as my child-minder was because of the way I had seen her interacting with children at the playgroup.
