Jade has been with us in a nanny share for about 16 months now - she is brilliant with the kids, goes out of her way to find fun activities for them to do, is very mindful of emotional and early years development and works very hard to make sure they’re getting the right kind of stimulation.
Added to that she’s very caring and compassionate with the kids, looks after them brilliantly, creates wonderful menus to make sure they’re getting a good mix of protein, fruit and veg. She really is a second mum to them and, as a result, they love being with her and look forward to spending time together and with her.
She’s incredibly conscientious, is always mindful of safety and works very very hard. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
