Jade has been with us for 2.5years, since our son was 9months old. Our son is now 3 so will be heading to nursery later this year. Jade has been organised, caring, fun and all round brilliant for this whole time. Jade will consistently find new and age relevant activities and fun excursions for the children. Just over a year into Jade working solely with us we joined a nanny shae for 3 of the 5 days. It has worked wonderfully, mainly down to Jade organising the share and making sure it works for everyone. The kids absolutely love her. Jade ensures a varied and nutritious meal plan and is always very clear on what needs to be purchased and when. Jade spends a lot of time chatting and engaging with the children and consequently our son's speech is great and so is his ability to discuss his emotions and pinpoint how he is feeling.
