Emma has had my daughter for only a year, but it was the best year ever! She loving, positive and fun. My daughter never wanted to come home and spoke about Emma all the time at home. They do plenty of activities like soft play and toddler group, my daughter has really thrived since coming here. I wish I met Emma sooner, she’s not just a childminder she’s an actual angel. We are going to miss her so much

Emma looked after my daughter from the age of 11 months until 6 years, offering school pick ups once she was older. My daughter adores Emma and her whole family, who have welcomed her into their home. Emma was flexible around my work and fun - offering craft activities, outdoor play and encouraged to make good friendships and learn from the other children she met and has made friendships for life. I highly recommend Emma to provide childcare and have already done so to others.

Emma has had my eldest son since July 2013 when he first started school, and she has had my youngest son since April 2018 when he was 9 months old.
Emma was the first childminder I ever used and I wouldn't have my children anywhere else. She offers nurturing and fun care for them and I have really seen a huge difference in my youngest son's development over the past 2 years- He was counting, knew colours and many other things way before his time and this is down to Emma. They both enjoy their time with Emma and the other children and I fully trust them being in her care. She takes them to many playgroups and soft play, which my youngest son loves! He even calls me Emma sometimes 🤣
If you are looking for a fantastic childminder, look to further!

Emma has a kind, warm and loving heart. She looked after my son for over a year and her flexible working made it really easy for me to plan her drop-off and my pick-ups around her time. Emma also helped out with picking up my son from school, and on Tuesday evenings, dropping him off for his Karate lessons, which without her support and assistance it would have proved extremely difficult for my son to attend Karate.
It was a sad moment when I decided to end the contract with Emma, which was due to my son now much older and capable and confident to come home from school on his own. My son really enjoyed his stay with Emma and got to know the rest of the family and no doubt, he will miss her dearly.
Thank you for all your support and kindness you showed towards my son and for looking after him in my absence. We will miss you Emma.
If you're looking for a child minder...Emma's your choice!
Regards
Bernie x

Emma has provided pick up and after school childcare for my daughter for the last two years and can whole heartedly recommended her. She provides a lovely welcoming 'home from home' environment and is great with my daughter who has always loved going even from the start. We no longer require childcare but i won't hesitate to use Emma when we need childcare provision in future.

Emma was great right from the start, I needed a child minder ASAP and Emma was really helpful and fitted me in straight away.
My daughter loves Emma and will even run up to her after school to tell her about her day!

Im sad for my son to be leaving Emma, I was always very happy and felt confident leaving him from the off even when he was upset at first, Emma would send me photos and videos throughout the day so that I could be reassured he was happy.
Emma has been super flexible making the juggling act between me collecting my older son from school getting my younger one from her as easy as possible.
The whole 'childminder' thing was brand new to me and a bit daunting before meeting Emma but I can honestly say to others now it has been a positive experience and I can thoroughly recommend Emma for the care of your child.

Emma has had my daughter since January 2017 and choosing Emma has been the best decision we made. She settled in well very quickly and loves the other children. I have really noticed my daughters development has come on since going to Emma's and I feel really comfortable knowing she is in a safe and loving environment when I'm at work. Emma takes the children to play groups and does activities with them which is lovely to see. Emma's house is exceptionally clean and all the children in her care are happy and play nicely together. I feel very lucky that we found Emma and really recommend her - in fact one of my daughters first words is Em-ma!

Emma looked after my son for a year after school care and pickup. During his time he really enjoyed his time with Emma. The home environment she provides is safe and friendly and very welcoming. I would have continued to use Emma for my childcare requirements for years had it not been due to relocation.

My daughter was incredibly clingy so I was quite nervous about leaving her with a childminder, but Emma took her under her wing and with trips to play groups, meeting up with other childminders and their children and lots of baking, my little girl came out of her shell! My daughter found a new confidence whilst in Emma's care which I hope will make her move to pre school a smooth transition.

I was left in a situation where my childcare had let me down and had less than a week to find childcare.
My little girl who was than 1 when she started was only upset for about a week and now always smiles when I drop her off and pick her up.
She has even formed a bond with another one of the children and will get excited when I say her name. I have never known my little girl to be happy to go to someone but she loves getting dropped off in the mornings so Emma must be doing something right!
Also my hours sometimes change as I am teacher and sometimes I need Emma to look after my little girl for an extra hour and Emma has always helped out :)
I would highly recommend Emma to any parent looking to going back into work - your child will be well looked after and most of all have fun and learn new skills too!

I was very apprehensive about going back to work after having my little girl and looking for a childminder was a dread to me. I came across Emma and we arranged a viewing, After seeing Emmas house and learning a little more about her and the way she worked i didnt have to look any further. My daughter started at Emmas and for only a week cried when i left her, now she even calls for Emma when we are at home (this is must be a good sign). Leyla is always happy and cheerful when leaving Emmas and i have not had any problems since Emma started looking after her. I feel Leyla has settled in brilliantly with Emma and is as comfortable there as she would be at home, i Also think they have both formed a bond that you would with a relative which is lovely to see. Emma takes the children to the farm and toddler group once a week which i was impressed with as i wasnt expecting this. She has a very good connection with the children and they know what is and is not allowed resulting in a well behaved and calm environment for the children. There has been many times that i have needed Emma to have Leyla a little later than usual which wasnt a problem, so flexibility is another of Emmas positives. Overall i am very very pleased that i chose Emma to take care of my daughter and would highly recommend her to any other parent/guardian looking for a childminder.

I have offered Emma as a childminder to friends who have had to return to work with confidence. I have had Emma have my little girl. My little girl settled with Emma very well and she helped her settle in with the other children doing little group activites to suit all their ages at home and in the community. It really supported my daughter with being without my company as she was very clingy and didnt like going to anyone else but Emma would always have something for her to do on arrival to pre-occupy her for her to settle as i left this made it easier for me also.
Emma kept me up to date what was going on with her through the day and the activities she was doing. Emma is so great with children and all the children in her care are happy and enjoying their time with her. Thank you for the time you had Amy with you and i would definatly use you again should i require childcare support again x x x Regards Jackie.

Due to a change in my job i needed to find a childminder who was flexable, friendly and proffesional.
Emma was recommended to me through a work college who's child had already been visiting Emma on a regular basis
Emma instantly made my son feel welcome in her home and our first initial meeting was warm and friendly. Emma had every aspect of my son's childcare and development covered and i instantly felt comfortable with my son being in Emma's care
My son has always enjoyed extra curricular activities and Emma imbraces this. Emma is flexiable and reliable and happy to pick my son up at various diffent times after school so he can continue to enjoy his activities. Due to the hours of my employment Emma is also keen to helpmy son whith any homework he may have which means we get some quality time together when we get home.
Enmma is also flexiable with her time and on a number of occasions has looked after my son when i have needed to stay at work late and is always happy to help me when its needed
My son is extreamly happy with Emma and often comes home with things he has made including cards and cakes, we also have some lovely sunflowers in the back garden which Emma and my son grew together from a seed.
Emma is a fantastic childminder and a warm caring person and i would be happy to recommend her to anybody who may need a chilcare provider. I am gratefull that i can relax in the knowledge that throughout my sons schooling he can be looked after and enjoy his afternoons after school with somebody who has a terrific work ethic and always treats my son with a caring and atentive attitude.

Emma is amazing shes so good with my little girl who is 13months,
lily's been with emma since she was 6months old, i was so worried to leave her at such a young age but as soon as i met emma she made me and lily feel so welcome into her home and lily bonded with her straight away.
emma gives each child there own book to take home at the end off each day so you no what theyve done, and how theyve been though the day.i find it so helpfull as you can see how your childs been.
emma also does alot off different activities each week ,over the last few months my little girl has really enjoyed going to the farm, planted her own sunflower, and made a lovley father day gifts and last week lily met some baby owls which she really loved.
I would strongly recommend emma to anyone who is looking for a very good childminder it was the best thing iv done

Emma has been looking after my son for a while now and I have personally known her for almost two years. Before going to Emma my son use to be cared for in a local nursery,I actually tried three nurseries before i decided that none of them provided good enough care for my son. I myself am a qualified nursery nurse and can honestly say i am 100% happy with the care Emma provides. She definately has the 'firm but fair ' approach, the children she cares for all respect her and understand the clear boundries she sets whilst still enjoying themselves and having fun!. I often find myself asking for her advice and parenting tips. Emma is very flexible on the hours she works and will always be there to help in any childcare emergency. Emma offers a real 'home from home' feel which i feel is a big bonus, the children in her care all have such a bond, almost as if they were brothers and sisters, all looking out for each other, which Emma encourages by teaching them to all be kind towards to each other. Emma offers a variety of activities, catering to all children, one of the most popular being the weekly farm trip where the children are able to play, see animals and even have their own allotment.
