Unfortunately I can not recommend this chilminder

At first, the lady seems very nice, but unfortunately after 2 weeks I was very disappointed, very often she was late to pick up the children from school, so I got a phone call to my work from head teacher that she is often late and is very rude. When my children were with her for a few hours, most of this time she was in another room and all the children were in other room Watching YouTube. No games were organized for the children, they were left alone in the room, she did not read books to them She didn't actually do anything with them . When signing the contract, she promised to do homework with them. Beacuse i Finish work late so children was tired when we back home after all day. Unfurently For a month she only twice write with them their names. Which were with mistake anyway!!!
One day my son came back with a bruise on his face! Because another child hit him several times in the face and head with an umbrella, and lady was not in the room because she was sitting in the other room without children When it happened . Children did not eat at the table, they were given plates on the floor and had to eat on the floor. Children even were not allowed to sit on the sofa. When I came to pick up my the children, few times there were strange men , Which was very strange for me. I took my children with that one because I didn't feel they were safe there and under good care !!!

I find it quite upsetting that you have had to come on my profile and posted a completely untrue and utterly fabricated review and all because you do not want to clear your balance that you owe me. I worked extremely hard to ensure you're children were cared for, well fed, happy and safe at my setting, These things are my absolute priority.

Its a shame you have done this because you do not want to pay what is rightfully owed to me.

I have been in this line of work for many years, with all my parents extremely happy. I have all positive reviews. If anybody would like a review from a current parent I am more than happy to arrange this.

Friendly service and welcoming

I was first drawn to Nads Happy Faces when I was picking which childminder would be best. When I went to visit Nads hapy face with my daughter she made us feel so secure and welcoming that I knew I had to choose Nahid to look after my daughter. She was so professionally and made my daughter feel right at home. My daughter came out of there happy and smiling all the time. I would definitely recommend her. Alice x

Professional

I had Nahid for only a very short time but during that time, I found her to be professional and caring. She also helped us with some on and off cooking and bits of childcare. We could not have her for long due to different childcare time requirements although would have loved to have her. I will recommend Nahid as a great helper who puts you at ease and looks after your family like her own.

Trustworthy, reliable childminder

I have know nahid for over 4 years.
She started childminding for us when our child was only a few weeks old and I can honestly say nahid is a very genuine, kind hearted individual. She is very good at her job. She listens to us on how we want things to be done but also gives her valuable input when needed.
Nahid is very flexible and can do other tasks as well as childminding. she always kept our house clean and tidy. She uses her initiative, for instance, if my child was asleep, she would do what needed to be done without me asking.
Overall I can say, nahid is trustworthy, reliable and a very hard worker.

Excellent Childminder

Nahid is a very pleasant lady with a cheerful disposition. She has a loving and friendly nature and she quickly makes friends with children. My kids are always welcomed with a warm hug.
She instills good habits in children like healthy eating. She arranges fun activities like trips to the park. Her house is spotless and her food is delicious.
Nahid has been helping me for the past one year, and I would recommend her without any hesitation to everyone. Because I feel my kids are in safe hands whenever I leave them with her.

Nanny

Naheed looked after my 2 children for 3 years. My children were of age 3 and 9 at the time. I am a professional so I required a part time nanny who would come in the mornings, get the kids ready and drop them to school. After school, she would pick them up, cook the dinner, help them with the bath and also help us with the housework. Naheed was a blessing for me. She is a lovely lady, great personality. She is very punctual, cares for the children very well and a friendly and accommodative person. We had very good relationship with her. I felt very relaxed having Naheed as the nanny for my kids. Now my kids are much older. She refer her as Naheed aunty and meet her when possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Naheed to care for children.

Amazing services-- Excellent at her job

I have had a pleasure of having Nahid as caretaker of our children. She is an extremely dedicated individual who takes care of your children in a very professional manner. I can easily say that she took care of my children as if they were her own. Children absolutely adore her and love her.
She's an excellent cook and would make tasty healthy food for kids.
Fluent in English and urdu.
She is an all rounder in what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone with confidence. My kids still miss her even when they are not in the area at the moment.

Excellent nanny

Naheed worked as a Nanny at my place to look after my 1 year old soon before COVID. She was impressive from the moment I spoke to her. She came home with all the required documents for the introduction and was always punctual. She started work immediately and made me feel comfortable to leave my son under her care. She followed any instructions properly and made sure the food is cooked and fed according to my requirements. As a new mother, I had my concerns and fears to leave my son with a nanny, but Naheed was so nice to my son and communicated with him so well, and played with him and looked after him well. She was very affectionate genuinely. She connected with my husband and I as well and felt like a family member. I would recommend Naheed to anyone.
At some point in the future I want to use Naheed's childminding service as well.
