Worst experience ever with my 1 1/2 year old girl
My name is aisha… i am mother of 2 beautiful girls… as a mother of 1 ½ years old daughter, I should aware and warn of all my fellows mums about the childminder “ zunaira Adnan”.
19th February i put my daughter into child care with her to make sure she is going to take good care of my girl BuT instead all week my daughter came back very hungry, scared and very very stubborn …
I couldn't understand her behaviour..
On Friday the 23rd February i took my daughter from her she was badly craying during the journey to home and after.. i was very worried about her situation i gave her milk i changed her nappy but nothing changed.. she was keep crying badly.. I took all her clothes off and i found one “Hair Pony Band” stuck into her right arm bicep. she was screaming of pain and i couldn't control her.
i was shocked to see how pain she was having.. i quickly put some ice cubes on her arm and call the childminder..
Childminder asked me to send pics of her and i send her all pics.. she refused not only about the situation, she said its not her hair band which she is lying offcourse… “ she didn't bother to see what my daughter is doing”...
The only thing i said her that.. “zunaira” it happens just be carefull for the next time.. I don't mind about the hair band it was yours or your own girl but if she was putting on her just stop her.
She gets upset madly! She replied me that “ don't teach me how to look after a child” it's not her … i am registered childminder don't tell me about my work… childminder told me that she is a very busy lady and i am wasting her time while complaining about my daughters…
I was keep getting shocked about her behaviour… while she was talking the only thing was coming to my mind was *** if she is behaving like this to me what she does to my daughter while i am at work***
I couldn't understand why she is so angry about this complaint. … if a mother is not happy about something a “mother” have a full rights to say to a childminder..
As i am single mother of 2 .. and i have to go back to work on Monday… i decided to find an other childminder as quick as possible but because of some finical and personal issues i couldn't make it… and unfortunately I bring my daughter on monday the 26th February… i took her back she was very scraed. .. hungry and nappy wasn't changed..
And childminder told me very very very rudly ***bring Money for tomorrow in advance otherwise don't bring this girl tomorrow*** shocked again! Badly shocked the way she talked to me… i decided to don't come to work and keep my daughter at home for her safety…
I called OFSted and put a very serious and urgent complain about her… and i am going to court about this to make sure.. all mother and Childen like mine don't suffer…

Hello,
I am an Ofsted registered child minder and I am here to work. Aisha's review would not make any sense to someone who is sensible because it doesn't give any reason for why I would have done this. first and foremost this whole review is full of lies, secondly it all started when she didn’t send her 20 months old child with spare nappy, after being asked many times to leave a spare pack of nappies she didn’t provide any (I do have the screen shot of that text where I had asked her about no spare nappy in child’s bag and she responded with several guilty faces and said she had forgotten). Further to this it was already agreed in the contract that parent will provide the nappies. She was in my care for 6 hours only and if she hasn’t done a poo, this would never leave her with any rashes.
It has been agreed that she has to pay for following week or month for childcare, I myself is a single mother of 2 girls and I do not use my single mother status to take advantage of anything and I do not let anyone take advantage of me. I have made my policies according to ofsted legislation and I have not done anything out of my policies or unlawful. I have the contract which clearly states that if a parent do not pay me for following month or week I will not provide the care which should be understandable because I will not have any other way to get the money of my work, as a lot of parents have vanished without paying me. I would have considered giving my childcare to Aisha but the harassment and swearing she did outside my house and on the phone was just unacceptable and I do not allow anyone to behave unreasonable and disrespectful towards me or my services nor let anyone take me for granted.
I have also informed ofsted about the harassment Aisha had done outside my house that day and the swearing she did constantly on phone. I do have the conversation on my texts that I can provide if need be to ofsted.
Regarding the court matter, she cannot take me to court for this because she is the one who has broken the contract and it clearly says that she needs to give a 2 weeks’ notice for terminating the contract
Her daughter could not have a tight band her arm as she was only 20 months old and her fine motor skills aren't developed fully as yet so that she can put a tight band around her arm which clearly proves that she has made up that incident and it never happened.
I have always been very careful and attentive to provide childcare as it is a matter of very big responsibility and that's the reason I have a list of very happy and satisfied parents in books in a short period of 1 year.
