Caring childminder

Julie cared for my daughter for 2 years when she was 12months to 3 years old. I found Julie to be a very good childminder who I trusted. She is very organised and creative too. She has a calm demeanor and is firm but fair with the children which I liked.
When I return to work I will happily ask Julie to mind my youngest child.
