I met Heather when I was looking for childcare, and was pleased with everything I saw and how she was.

Although I have not chosen Heather as a childminder, it was purely because someone else was more suitable for us in a difficult working situation we have.

I would happily leave my child with her from what I have seen, and may well do in the future as she provides some cover for the childminder I have chosen.
