My daughter Nela started at Zahra Childcare on September 2016.

I was naturally anxious about parting with Nela but when I dropped her off for the first full day I felt very relaxed and completely at ease that Zahra is providing the best care for my daughter and since then I’ve had no concerns whatsoever. Nela settled in very quickly. She is a very happy little girl, and comfortable in Zahra’s environment. She is developing quickly during her time with Zahra. I am always well informed about her time as Zahra provides a daily diary with photos detailing activities undertaken, meal time information, even down to nappy changes. We also speak every day and it is a good two way relationship in looking after my daughter. We have a similar approach to discipline and discuss any issues that have arisen. Zahra also provides a very healthy environment, examples are:
• the high standard of cooking and range of foods – especially fruit and veg;
• the amount of outdoor exercise Nela gets both outside Zahra’s house and walking to school.
Whenever I arrive to collect Nela she always has a smile on her face and has never been desperate to leave, I think this demonstrates how secure she is with Zahra.

As a Working Mum, I've been under a lot less pressure at work as in Zahra we have a fantastic yet reliable Childminder who always goes out of her way to help not only the children but also their parents.

I know that Zahra has excellent knowledge on how to get the best out of all the children in her care, and provides a very entertaining and stimulating environment for them all. She follows the Early Years Foundation Stages to ensure all the children she cares for have the right learning and development through play and games. Her home is a clean and safe place for children. She has a really lovely manner, she always seems kind, calm and patient with children and all of them are happy and well behaved.
