I met Nileema about a year ago when i was really in need of a kind and caring childminder for my 3 yrs old son.She has proved to be everything i expect in a childminder and more.She is so warm and caring with my son.She knows how to make him feel loved and feel at home in her house.She is extremely patient with him especially with feeding as my son is a fussy eater and makes sure he gets all his meals finished at the right time. My son has picked up a lot of skills while in her care and is always happy at her place.In fact to me she is more of a sister than a childminder as she is always concerned about my son's welfare, encourages him to do better and is kind to him.
In my opinion she is an excellent choice if you are looking for a childminder , trustworthy, kind, caring ,patient is how i would describe Nileema. i'm looking forward to taking my daughter to her again when the time comes around.
