Ellen was with us for just under a year and did a great job looking after my two girls aged three and five while I worked full-time. She was always cheerful and flexible, whatever the hour, and arranged lots of varied and inspiring activities which the girls loved, ranging from local groups to picnics and soft play. Bringing her then pre-school-age son along only enhanced the experience for the girls in my opinion. I would certainly recommend Ellen as a nanny, you'd be lucky to have her!
