Louisa has been babysitting regularly for us for the last 3 years from when our granddaughter was one year old. She is extremely reliable - she has never let us down. Our granddaughter loves her and she has become part of the family! Louisa also babysits for friends of ours who have 5 children and she takes this in her stride.
