Leah started caring for our son when he was six weeks old and was a confident and relaxed caretaker who helped our son thrive in his first few months. Immediately she was a warm presence in our home and helped create an environment that felt like we were working with a team dynamic and problem solving as various issues came up. She is clearly well trained but also obviously has instincts and practical knowledge that come from caring for many babies through the years. Seeing her interact with, play with, and sing to our baby made me confident he was in good hands when I wasn't with him. She is proactive in offering tips and advice and reassuring when doubts come up about the baby's progress, routine, and development and helpful in answering our questions. We will miss Leah and hope to work with her again for baby #2.
