Pat and Garnett have provided my daughter with a lovely warm and welcoming environment. I felt immediately comfortable in their home and Sofia settled quickly. Though aged 7 when she started, she was new to both the area and to new childminders, but had no issue going and frequently wants to 'stay to the end'.
Whilst we are leaving, as another sibling is due, Sofia has spent a lovely year and a bit (I think) there and we would thoroughly recommend and use Pat and Garnett in the future, should we need to and should they be free.
They both have a calm and happy approach with the children, which clearly rubs off on them and makes the whole atmosphere cheerful and positive. :-)

First of all we have to say a massive "THANK YOU" to PAT and GARNETT. Our little one has been going for almost a year now and her development has been phenomenal, thanks to Pat and Garnett. They were our first pick and our only pick as their impression on us was exceptional.
Their home has been converted into an outstanding and top standard child play environment. They have routines that have a combination of going out and playing in, they paint and make pictures, celebrate particular events i.e. " mother's day" and have lots of fun dancing and excise with nursery rhymes and children's music. They illustrate to the children the multicultural society by having a variety of foods, have dress up sessions in cultural clothing and have music from difference parts of the world.
We feel happy to leave our child with them and don't hesitate about her well being. We know she is safe when she is with either of them and she will always be equally treated like the other children. The best thing is; they are only a couple of minutes away for home. Everyday is a mission for parents to take their child/ren home as the little ones don't want to leave and sometimes ends in tears.
Pat and Garnett are always open to new ideas or improvements but till this day I cannot think of any. Their service is truly amazing and they do a wonderful job. I am so thankful to have met Pat and Garnett and they have made a difference in our lives. We are proud to have had the opportunity to put our little one in their care. THANK YOU !

My son and daughter have been with Pat and Garnett for 18 months now. It is so difficult to find someone to trust with the care of your children and I struggled to find someone at first, and then I met Pat and Garnett (they were recommended).
From the moment I first met them, their warmth and shining personalities convinced me I had found the perfect place. Both Pat and Garnett genuinely love their job (which they take very seriously - this is not "something on the side" for them but a professional career) and the children in their care. My kids didn't have any problems settling in as they were so busy and excited from day one. They do everything from reading to outings, playing music, dressing up, crafts... They go out every day to parks, play groups, animal centres, activities, ... My children come home exhausted and full of stories of a fun day (and often don't eat dinner as they are so well fed by Pat and Garnet with homemade food, fruit, yoghurt etc). Both my kids could sing the whole alphabet song and count to 10 by age 2, and that is solely due to their time there!
I love dropping them off (and always stop for a quick chat about the kids) as I know they will have a good day and be safe, so I can do my work guilt free and with a calm mind. This couple is a golden one-off find.

Pat & Garnett were my daughter Jessie's childminders from September 2010 until August 2011.
Jessie loved going to their house and was always happy to get there in the morning. She was taken out every day she was there, either to the local library, one of the local children's centres or the park and this helped build her confidence and social skills. She didn't watch TV while she was there, for which I was very grateful.
I would always feel welcome when dropping Jessie off and collecting her - never rushed. Their home was always clean, safe ( Garnett used to work in Facilities Management and is an expert in this field!), totally child friendly and contained a wide range of toys and activities for all ages.
Pat would keep me up to date with what Jessie was up to during the day, so I knew where she's been, what she did there, what ate and how much she slept. She did this by text message which was really helpful as I was often in a rush to get home at the end of the day and didn't always have time to go into details about what she'd been up to.
I would not hesitate for a second in recommending their childminding services. They are warm, kind, brilliant with children and took Jessie's well being extremely seriously.
I cried when they stopped being able to look after Jessie, and it took me a long time to find anyone who was even a patch on them.

Pat and Garnett are a really lovely couple..My son took an immediate liking to them and always looked forward to going to their place (usually he doesn't like going to anyone's house!)
They got out of their ways to accommodate to his needs and took all my comments and suggestions on board and planned activities on a weekly basis.
I am glad I found them. My son misses them dearly and will always remember the amazing time he had with them.

Pat and Garnett have done a brilliant job caring for our 1 year old twin boys for the last few months for 2 days a week. They are both very calm and kind people and the boys are always happy in their care. They take the children out every day to a childrens centre, park or library and when at home, they play, read to and sing with the children, always encouraging their development. They never resort to the TV for entertaining the children, preferring to play music and encourage creative playing. Their home is immaculately clean and safe. All toys and books are new and continually added to! The food prepared for the children is healthy and according to parents wishes. I would highly recommend Pat and Garnett to anyone looking for childcare in the Tottenham area.

My daughter Elizabeth has been going to Patricia less than a year and I'm happy with the childcare. Elizabeth is happy to stay at her home. because she has such a good environment for the children, lots of toys, books and etc.
Elizabeth first language isn't English, but it wasn't a problem for them to communicate with each other at the beginning. Patricia was happy to learn some foreign words. Now Elizabeth knows many English words, expressions and nursery rhymes.
Patricia is really nice, warm and kind person, who you can trust.
She loves to cook for the children nutritious, healthy food.
She takes children to the parks, children centres, playgrounds on a regular basis. During the summer period organises trips to local farms, zoo.
Happy to make birthday parties.
The children have opportunities to paint, do crafty activities, learn numbers, alphabet, explore new things or just have fun reading books and dancing.
I would highly recommend Patricia for those who looking for a good childcare.
