Highly Recommended

Claire has been looking after my son for the last 3 years.
He started with her when he had just turned 1 and I was returning to work.
I have to say that she is absolutely fantastic with him and he loves her to bits. She has a really lovely manner with my child and the other children in her care. She is always kind, calm and patient with them.
She always interacts and engages the children in activities and they are happy and well behaved and know what is expected of them.

I have been delighted with his development which obviously Claire has a very large part to play. Claire has always kept me well informed with his daily activities by way of a diary, telling me what he has eaten, his behaviour, the activities they have done for the day and any general feedback etc. She is someone that works with the parent for the best of the child and certainly as her profile suggests puts the child first. I would totally recommend Claire as a childminder and the fact that my son loves going to her, he would recommend her too.

An incredible career who gave me complete peace

My wife and I were your stereotypical nervous 1st time parents dreading the day my wife was going to return to work following her maternity leave. My day regularly means I am out of the house by 7:15 and not returning home until after 8pm so we needed someone who could offer flexibility but whom we also felt wanted to spend the time with Matilda rather than it being just a job. Our friends couldn't recommend Clare enough as she was looking after their own daughter and after having interviewed a few childminders what put our minds at rest with Clare was meeting her own happy children and the other children clearly feeling totally at ease in her company.

After the first couple of difficult days where Tilly would cry when Anoushka left her which broke my wife's heart I think my wife struggled more the following week when clearly Tilly was excited to leave her mummy's side and go and play with her friends and see Clare and Meena as opposed to hold on to her mummy's hand for protection. We felt totally at ease with Clare very quickly with her daily written progress reports on Matilda's day and also the confident and reassuring advice she gave first time parents always with a sense of humour and a smile. Matilda grew in confidence and was clearly loving her time with Clare regularly singing her songs on the walk home and asking " where clare?"

We now have a 3 month old son and my wife feels totally at ease going back to work knowing her boy will be looked after by Clare and after taking Matilda (3 years old in December & left Clare's care for primary school in December) for her first bike ride this Sunday when we went past Clare's house she recognised it immediately and asked if she could go and see Clare & Meena- probably the best testimonial I could offer!!

Clare's childcare comes thoroughly recommended, she is down to earth and full of love and we would thoroughly recommend her to any nervous 1st time parents who are texting every 5 minutes in the first couple of weeks asking if their child is ok and feeling totally at ease doing it, without feeling like a burden or a pain as Clare has the empathy we felt other childminders could sometimes lack. She clearly loved looking after Matilda and still texts to ask how Tilly is progressing at nursery which shows the genuine bonds she develops with the children in her care.

AMAZING

Claire has been our rock.

She has allowed us to be a happy family due to all her fantastic and constant support. If it weren't for her flexible hours and adaptability then I would be struggling to work and study. She is so understanding and will bend over backwards to be available.

The relationships that Claire has established with our three children is amazing, they feel safe and happy in her care and they get excited every time I say they are off to visit her. She offers a great family environment which is no comparison to other childcare providers.

I recommend Claire as your next childminder.

Highly recommend!

My daughter,Ellie, has been with Claire and Paula for the last year, since she was 10 months old and I could not be happier with the care that she has received!

Claire is very open and easy to communicate with. She provides a detailed summary of the day and often sends photos so that I always know what Ellie has been up to. She regularly takes the children out to play groups and the park, and when in the house ensures that they are entertained with reading and singing as well as free play. Her and Paula spend a lot of time talking to the children and teaching them counting, colours etc which I believe has really helped developed Ellie's speech development. Due to her open manner I trust her implicitly and feel I can discuss any concerns I may have with Ellie's sleeping, eating , development etc. Claire is always full of good advice and will work collaboratively with parents, always respecting our decisions and choices.

Not only am I delighted with how the last year has been but Ellie clearly ADORES it there, grabbing her coat / jumping in her pram as soon as I say she is going there in the morning, running up to Claire / Paula as soon as we arrive and even asking at the weekends if she is seeing them :). She obviously has a lot of fun and feels so happy and secure.

I highly recommend Claire and am only reluctantly ending having Ellie there as I am taking a year off work with my second child. If /when I return to work I would be delighted to use Claire again

Thanks Claire!

Claire has looked after my daughter Isabella (who has just turned 1) since December and it couldn't have gone any better. I was nervous about going back to work full-time and leaving Isabella but Claire made it so easy.

Isabella clearly loves spending time with Claire and her family, shouting with excitement when we arrive in the morning. Her development has really come on too- she can now say quite a few words which I believe is down to Claire's continued praise and encouragement.

The standard of care Claire provides is great. She prepares varied, nutritional meals and somehow managed to get my fussy daughter to eat from a spoon- miracle!

One of the best aspects of the care Claire provides is the communication. Claire completes a diary every day so I know what activities Isabella has taken part in, what she has eaten, whether she has slept well at nap time and a description of her nappies. I find it very comforting to have such regular detail about Isabella's day. If there are any issues e.g. not sleeping or teething, we work together to sort them out.

i have now had Isabella in my car for 3 half months an can hoestly say i lov her to death, she feels like part of my family, 1 of my own :)

Isabella has a amazing character, always on the go, she keeps me on my toes lol, she has a grt understanding of the boudries now within the setting will push sometimes but knows what she is doing lol,
her progress within speach an her ability to learn an development is speedy
all in all a special little girl

Emma, James, are i have to say excellant parents to work for, always giving info, asking for advice if needed and best of all have great personalitys, all this makes our professional working relationship brilliant, an all for our angel Isabella

so wot more can i say
i love Isabella an hope she will remain in my care for as long as possible

oh dear Kaye

i have minded all 3 of your children over how many yrs i forget oh yes 6 yrs

i have to say i do love all your children dearly, callum who was stuborn but a grt heart , luke who was so sweet and funny, but having Elliot for the longest period, he became a grt member of my family a cute adorable little boy with the most checkiest smile ever, he took to my eldest daughter right away an amarni loved elliot to death, to the point that i am his godmother, a special little boy
i still have their pics on my fridge lol

i miss you guys so much, i hardly see you at all

kaye was a brilliant parent to work for communication was always vital between us, with all concerns being talked through and discussed, i even took sign makaton to help luke, once we learnt he was autistic it was easier to help luke to progress at his own pace an help with his individual needs

kaye you aill always be a close friend i just wish you never moved

ahhh so sweet

callum was 1 of my first minded children, all of my family insantly fell in love with him, callum was a part of our family from the start, he was 1 then and is now 8 and we still see each other and stay in contact as friends
mum was a amazing parent to work for easy to communicate with, as this is always a huge part of careing for any child,
this makes me relize how much i miss so many of my kids that i have loved and cared for

Recommendation

My daughter started with Claire in July 10 and settled straight away. This is all down to Claire being so loving and caring towards her and treating her like she is one of her own.

I would recommend Claire to any of my friends as I am so confident in her.
Claire updates me daily of my daughters progress through a diary, telling me also of her routine of the day, food she has eaten and even how many dirty nappies she has had!! She expects parents to also write in the diary as a extra form of communication.

Claire provides all the food for my daughter and I am extremely happy with the 2 cooked meals a day my daughter recieves.
Claire provides a wide variety of activities for my daughter to progress through; my daughter has progressed loads since she started with Claire and will even sign key words to me now.

I cannot express how happy I am with Claire and I am very proud to have her as my childminder.

even though i have only had isabelle for a short while i do love her like my own, she brings a smile on my face the moment i open the door each mourning, with her glemming smile and shouting claire,

i do think that having such a great parent to work for helps alot, and this is always a key thing to have for isabelles well-being and development

i can honsetly say that mum and isabelle makes me know for sure that this is why i love my job so much, i am very lucky to hav such a cutie to care for,

little b has been with me for nearly 2 1/2 yrs and i am soo sad to see him leave me,
little b has become a part of my family and my own son gets upset the days b doesn't attend my home, we all love him dearly
watching b grow over the yrs has been lovley, to know that i have had the oppertunity to be a part of his development, and life
