Susan is an excellent childminder, she has been childminding my daughter for over a year now and my daughter is always very happy when it’s time to drop her off.
Susan has a separate play room in her house which is always tidy and clean and she has a massive garden which my daughter enjoys playing in. My daughter can have her usual day nap in Susan’s house and she has 3 proper meals during day, which is really important and game changer for me. When I pick my daughter she has already had her dinner and ready for some nice cuddles and good night bath.
My daughter is almost 2 year old now. she’s so much aware of what is going on around and talks a lot and express herself very well. Susan is always reminding on manners which I think is just priceless and my daughter is always well behaved both at home and in Susan's care. In the last 12 months my daughter has become a very confident and funny, chatty little girl, I truly believe that Susan's influence has assisted in this development.
Susan is always very accommodating and has been flexible so far, I don’t know what else a working mom would like to have for her children’s childcare. Everything is truly 5 stars.

Susan looked after my 1yr old for 3 months and did a fantastic job. My son absolutely loved his time with Susan. He would practically leap out of our arms in the mornings when we dropped him off.
It was such a comfort being able to leave him with Susan, knowing he would be happy and well looked after.
We were very sorry to have to leave! If our circumstances were to change, I would definitely like my son to go back to Caterpillar Day Care!

Our sun is now 27months. He already start to go in her house when he was 18months. Even in the beggining he was not crying which surprised me a lot. He was so happy in there and this is because of her. She is so friendly, so reliable and very responsible. Our son feel very good and very comfortable because they are singing songs, playing music, making a cakes. Every day there are going in different play groups in play centres, librarys and parks. Because of her our son recognize all the animals, colours. For this 9 months he is growing up so fast and he is very social with other kids. I highly recommended.

Susan looked after my son Jaden (2 yrs old) for a few months while working in Lewisham, and I was very nervous about leaving him with someone I didn't know in her home. However I had to get to work so went to meet with Susan and her family. She is very soft spoken and caring towards the children and her children are so loving, which says a lot about their parents too. I always got a full report about what he'd done that day and immediately he was looking forward to going there everyday. In fact Jaden still asks me to go to Susan even though he has not been there in a few months since I changed jobs. The children in her care were also very well mannered and she would gently correct them if they got carried away.
All I can say is that I couldn't recommend Susan more. She provided a safe and nurturing enironment for Jaden, he was learning new things everyday and he was happy. I would send him there again in a heartbeat not to mention that her rates are very affordable.

Susan is a fantastic childminder who cares so very much for the children she is looking after and provides an outstanding. She offers them a safe and stimulating environment where they can feel relaxed and ready to learn. She has helped my son to learn his phonics as well as numbers before he started reception this year which was very useful for him as he is very shy and he went to school feeling confident. She provides stimulating activities that my children loved to do. She provides a healthy lunch as well as snacks. My children have always been very happy and often don't want to leave when I arrive to pick them up as they are having so much fun. Susan will go out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for the children adapting things to suit their individual needs. We are very pleased that we will resume school pick ups soon as the children have missed spending time with Susan and her family.
I would go to work feeling very happy, knowing my children were in the best care!

Being a first time mum, I have had the privilege of being assisted in many ways. My son has developed much ahead of his age as he is exposed to so many activities. The setting and surrounding is of a top standard, very clean and very safe with security cameras and voice activated locks. Toys are readily available for my son.
There are many activities my son attends and he is always very bright and happy when being dropped off. My son has grown into a very confident and bubbly baby. I am always at peace leaving him in the care of Caterpillar Day Care. In addition, the care and attention given to him is to a great detail so much that even growth milestones are fedback to us.
On a daily basis, we get a report back via the day book which is excellent for us as we are given a detailed report of our child's day
I definitely recommend the services of Caterpillar Day Care, as they do exactly what they say they do, a safe and secure environment, lots of activity and developmental exposure for our child.
