We are so sad to see her go!

Estefania has been our au pair for nearly a year. We don’t want her to leave! This is because really, she has been so much more than an au pair. I am a working Mum who has left her in sole charge of the children 4 days a week.

She is very mature and responsible and has always gone out of her way to do the best job possible. She is always professional in all of her duties but above all, she’s amazing with the kids. They absolutely adore her. She plays with them, talks to them, counsels them wisely and is very kind. She’s also firm when she needs to be so they have a great respect for her, which is of course really important.

Aside from looking after children so well, she is incredibly tidy and organized. She has taken over organizing all of the their play-dates for me and she never forgets anything – ever! She cooks their food, tidies their rooms and the house, takes them to clubs and play-dates, locates the other Mums and nannies for play-dates and generally makes life much, much easier.
