We had to look for an emergency care for my son due to nursery closure and luckily we found Natalie and Tracey who accommodated us on a very short notice. They were both very kind and to my surprise my son was extremely happy and content from day 1. He was always smily in the pictures they sent to us and they had plenty of activities for him during the day. I’m so happy I chose them.

I would fully recommend Tracy and Natalie. The set up there is impressive with lots of different types of toys and activities to engage children. I was kept updated through the day with how my son was doing.

We are so pleased that we chose N&T's Little Einsteins as our first childcare setting. Natalie and Tracey are skilled and imaginative early years educators who genuinely love and care for the children they look after. Our first concern when looking for a place for our 14 month old child was to find loving carers, who would cuddle a sad child and make them feel totally secure. We found that here. It truly is a home from home environment. The mixed age children play and learn together like siblings, and Natalie and Tracey’s own children join them during the holidays. They make lovely memories for the children and send regular updates and photos. Our daughter speaks of them as her friends. We left only because we moved out of the area. We are so grateful to Natalie, Tracey and their family for giving our daughter such a fabulous start.

i only left my little girl for two weeks and always stayed worried. Everytime i went to pick her up and rang the bell either natalie or tracey would come from upstairs running, whereas the kids stayed downstairs unsupervised. The other one used to be on the school run. I often saw my girl tied to a car seat when i used to go pick her up crying her lungs out. They never bothered changing nappies on time and i was always handed with her wet pants. The hygeine level was zero. Never ever sending my child again.

Hi sorry for delay in replying only just saw this review. I am sorry you felt like this during your two week emergency care yes our bathroom is situated upstairs and we had 2 children toilet training who cannot yet be left unsupervised. We would have hoped to resolve any issues if they had been brought to our attention at any point as although we do like to have babies ready in their car seats for parents at collection times if this was something you did not feel needed we could have found alternative hand hover. Again we are sorry you were not satisfied with our provision and hope you and your daughter are well x
My son has been with Natalie and Tracey for 2.5 years now and he settled right in like part of the family. I'm extremely confident he is being looked after and taught well. I'm kept up to date with all his development, and daily activities with a daily diary. My son loves going to N&T's and takes about them and all his friends even when he's home with me.
I'll be sad when he starts school in September.

Our Son loves going to Natalie and Tracey. He has a wonderful time and always looks forward to going. They provide a great service and really care about the children they look after. They keep us informed on my Son’s progress and work with us on his development. There are always new activities and outings to keep the children entertained.

when i picked up my 3 yrs old child .. he asked me why have i come back to collect him .. he wanted to stay there forever!
N&T are very friendly kind and approachable..
they were there for me in the most urgent situation .. couldnt recommend more.

My daughter Ellie has loved her time with Natalie and Tracey. I worried when I got a new job with difficult hours about both the transition she would make from a nursery and in finding the flexibility I needed with the hours I worked.
Natalie and Tracey have ensured from day one that I had support in working longer hours, allowing Ellie to stay late on days where I work late. They are accommodating, friendly, flexible, and just great with children. Communication cannot be faulted and I always know what Ellie has done. Ellie loves them and the transition barely happened-she loved her new “school” from day one and has made friends as well as learned and grown in the time she has been there. I know she will be sad to say goodbye when she starts school, as will I!

You won't find more dedicated, enthusiastic and caring childminders than Natalie and Tracey. They have always gone above and beyond to support us as a family and, Emily has absolutely loved her time there. Leaving your little one in someone else's care is not easy, but my husband and I have ways been happy and relaxed leaving Emily knowing they will meet her needs, keep us well informed and have a brilliant and fun filled day. We have loved reading about Emily's day in her little book they write in and seeing her artistic creations from the day! Natalie and Tracey knew I would struggle to collect Emily after work so have dropped her off at home when needed, always taking time to chat about Emily's day. We will all miss them.
