My daughter has been with Sam since mid March and I can't fault her at all. Very smooth meetings to get the ball rolling. Once crucial information given the contract paperwork was provided. Delighted with how things have been going. Sam is a fabulous childminder. She adores working with children and is incredibly accommodating often at very short notice. We've built up a very special relationship with Sam. She's wonderful. She's taken our daughter to the park almost every day since her start, spends time with her on a one-to-one basis and eats with her own children. Very professional and our daughter adores her and her family. Would highly recommend. Very very happy with our childminder.
Overall
Childminder wrote me with offer for help. When we came to her for first meeting door was closed . We tryed ring her on phone but nobody answered . After we got sms from her that she delayed and for we comming tommorow . She even didnt text or ring before it ,so we been just stayed next to closed door with child. We asked about if is it possible to do later today ,and she said yes, she will come in 1 hour . When we came in 1 hour she already been at home . We had an agreement about 1 day after school childminding , but after asked some contract with her signature and details she texted me that to unforeseen circumstances she wont be able to help . I decided to get my money back after it . Be very carreful with this childminder !

This review is unfair, i was expected to complete a contract there and then and care for the child the very next day. I was simply stating that it was not a convenient time to fill in a 4 page contract whilst I was working, and this would need to be completed another day.

My son Max has been going to Sam's since August last year ( He was just 10 months old). Max really enjoys his time with Sam, going to play groups , interacting with other children and doing wide range of activities including arts and crafts.
Sam provides a very caring and safe environment for the children, I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone who is looking for caring and professional person to mind their children.

Overall
Sam started looking after my daugther when she was just a year old. She has supported my daughter through her key milestones, such as walking and developing her speech. The days are varied, and Sam will take the children out to the park, when the weather is nice, the library, as well as offering other activites at home, such as colouring, baking and playing dress up.
Sam is extremely conscientious, very approachable and understanding, and will work with you to ensure your child is offered the best child care possible.
