I was in a pickle and needed a professional babysitter ASAP (appointment issues) and I was recommended Emma!. Excellent and professional, kind, on time and trustworthy!. I really do hope to be able to book again very soon. That k you!

Truly delighted with the service Emma provided. We were flying into Cardiff for a family wedding and relied heavily on the reviews, references and converations we had with Emma on the weeks leading up to the wedding. It was great piece of mind knowing that my son could stroll around outside, eat when suited him and nap when he needed - so we could all enjoy our day. Emma came with a bag of goodies and a very chilled mindset - both of which my 2 year old was delighted with. Nothing was too much trouble and the updates via text when I hadn't got to check up on them brought great peace of mind.

I have only known Emma for one month when she started caring for my 14 months old boy on a part time basis.
I moved to Cardiff with my little one for work and desperately needed some help. I’m glad I got to meet Emma. I have never had a babysitter or a nanny before, but I instantly felt comfortable with her and so did my little boy.
She is extremely experienced and more importantly reliable, caring and a good-natured person. I highly recommend her as a nanny or a babysitter.

Emma worked for us for just over a year caring for our six year old and three year old twins. She soon became part of the family and was much loved by all. Emma took excellent care of our boys showing love and kindness and adding to their development. Emma had always got lots of activities planned from park visits to soft play, arts and crafts, baking - they never had a dull day.
On the three days Emma worked for us she would take care of the children’s school runs, all meals and often they were bathed and ready for bed when we came home. She also helped with school homework.
Emma was very easy to get along with, always asked permission before taking the children out, was great with advice especially when potty training.
Emma is an excellent nanny and an asset for any family.

We contacted Emma as our 3 week old baby had been very ill in hospital. He had fully recovered but on our first few nights from hospital we wanted someone to sit overnight with our son and just make sure that he was okay and enable us to get some much needed rest after a traumatic time. Emma was amazing and was extremely professional and I immediately felt at ease knowing our little boy was in very safe hands. She stayed with us for a couple of nights and was very flexible and was so easy to talk to. We also had lots of chats and as a first time mum I was very grateful to get some tips from her regarding sleep advice! She was so gentle and calm with our baby and I would fully recommend her. Thank you Emma for letting us get some sleep at a time when I thought I would never be able to take my eyes of our little boy. I will definitely be contacting Emma in the future when we are needing a babysitter!

I had a very important work trip in Cardiff (we live outside London), but my kids are only 1 & 2 years old. So, I needed to bring them with me but needed childcare all day while I was working. I was very lucky to find Emma via a contact in Cardiff and she was absolutely wonderful. My kids took to her immediately and my daughter would run to see her each morning, as she arrived. She came quite early (for my sake) to our hotel and took the kids on fun activities all day for a few days. It really alleviated my guilt about working because they just thought they were on a fun holiday with a fun person. Emma even gave them a bath for me, so I'd have less to do when I got home later than a usual workday. She handled meals with my picky eaters (and one with a mild allergy) well.
The kids loved Emma and she made my whole trip so much less stressful and easier. Given that she had never met them before (or me), she was able to slide right into our lives for a few days and just got on with care with obvious competence. I would highly recommend her.

Emma has an amazing ability to put children at ease from the moment she encounters them! She is warm and loving but also firm and fair when needed! She has so much energy it is infectious and my children have grown to love and look forward to when we go out as they know she will be there to play and look after them! It is an invaluable service she provides as it enables us tired parents to have a life now! She is the best!

Emma is everything you would want in a babysitter. Calm, patient, kind, reliable, punctual, first aid trained, fully qualified with well over a decade of experience! Every parents perfect babysitter! Totally deserves to win babysitter of the year!
