After finding Victoria and making contact before my son was born, I feel very lucky that she had a place available for him and was willing to take him from so young. Victoria is simply lovely and has made her home into a fantastic setting which is always spotless! There are plenty of great developmental and sensory toys, and Victoria herself is just fantastic with the children she cares for, which is clear to see when you see how much the children love and trust her. My son even at just 4 months old recognises Victoria and gives big smiles when I drop him off and he sees Victoria as he knows he is going to have fun and learn lots during his time at Buttercups, which again shows the great bond she has with the children. I receive daily updates during the day as to what my son has been up to which puts a big smile on my face, and communication with Victoria is fantastic too. I'd highly recommend Victoria's services and feel very privileged that my son has a place at Buttercups which will help him learn and grow in a wonderful environment.

Tori looked after my eldest Daughter when she was under One which was almost 14 Years ago.... Fast forward to current date and I'm so grateful that we was lucky enough to patiently wait for a space for our now One Year old. Both my girls have had and are having the best experience in this setting with regular rhymes,stories, indoor & outdoor activities and games. Tori provides snacks & quickly identifies your child's needs- she mastered nap time for our youngest better than us! Lastly Tori as a person is approachable, understanding, patient, friendly, fun, trust worthy and really an extended family member. Excellent communication & regularly videos & pictures sent to me which I love! I also play them back to my Daughter who gets very animated about her day of fun 😊

Victoria has been like a second mom for my little girl. She has quickly adapted to her needs and my toddler always comes back home with a smile on her face and telling me(in her own words) about her day. Victoria is caring, patient, responsible and very good at her job. She has always given advice to us as new parents and always happy to help. She has educational toys and activities for the children which we don’t have at home. I love that my little one is surrounded by pets . From the bottom of my heart , I would recommend Victoria to anyone looking for a childminder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My little boy has recently started at Buttercups and I can’t say enough positives about the care my little boy receives. He has a variety of experiences and educational activities during the day, the setting which includes outdoor space is lovely. Victoria is very caring, kind and reliable childminder. I can’t praise her enough! Tapestry journal (online communication tool) is very informative and gives an insight into what your little one is up to on the day! We are very happy with Victoria’s setting and the care our little boy receives! Would highly recommend her.

When nursery wasn't working out for our daughter Lola we hunted around everywhere for the right person to take care of her. When we met Victoria we immediately knew that she would be perfect. Victoria is calm, warm and caring and has a beautiful home full of toys. Victoria works with each child individually to understand their needs and further their progress. Lola always leaves and returns with a big smile on her face and the regular updates put our minds at rest while we are away at work.

Victoria has been looking after my daughter for just a few weeks and has already formed such a lovely bond with her. Her home is clean and welcoming and perfectly set up with little people in mind. She serves balanced and nutritional meals with lots of lovely fruits and vegetables, and puts effort into planning activities and trips that will stimulate and entertain her little mindees. Victoria is a warm and friendly person and it’s obvious how much she cares about the children in her care. We are thrilled that we found her, she must be the best out there!

I was so concerned with leaving my daughter (then 1 yr) with a stranger. I searched through 48 profiles, had 4 interviews and still was not happy. I then saw Victoria's profile and subsequently met her. Immediately I was at ease with her, she understood completely my parenting methods (I practice attachment parenting) and that I was an anxious first time mama! My daughter was very relaxed on meeting Tori and the space she provides for the children struck me as a lovely little grotto of calm and fun. There were no pressures at all put on my daughter or myself during the settle in period. Tori was patient and wanted to do everything at my daughters pace. This was 6 months ago and my daughter simply LOVES it at Buttercups. Tori is so careful and considerate of each child's individuality, designing schedules and activities that appeal to each child's interests. They have excursions to local play groups, libraries and parks, do lots of arts, crafts and baking as well as guided and free play and reading. Tori welcomes any suggestions for activities or excursions and is incredibly sensitive to my child's needs. Tori is meticulous in keeping a daily diary of naps, nappies, food intake etc, and also updates the Tapestry profile at least once a week with lovely photos and updates of what my daughter has been up to as well as information on how her developments are progressing. Tori welcomes parental updates about home life on Tapestry too, which I feel is a great way to ensure a strong cohesiveness exists between home and the childminders. I really cannot praise Tori enough! She is professional whilst being personable, always approachable and ready with advice or guidance, welcomes even the strangest of parenting techniques and my daughter simply adores going to play with her Toorweee!! I really do feel completely confident every time I leave her, knowing she is in a safe, clean, challenging environment with someone who cares greatly for her.

My son has been attending Buttercups for nearly a year and a half now and I'm so pleased we decided to send him there.
Victoria is welcoming, professional and reliable. She's a friendly person who really cares about the children she looks after. She focuses on my son as an individual, always thinking about his development and how activities will tie in with things we are doing at home. As a result, he comes home happy and chats about his day (in his own little way), which is lovely.
The setting is clean and I feel he's in safe hands there. Because Victoria is good at making me feel involved in my son's day, I can go off to work without a worry.

Five star childminding! My little boy loves to go and play at Buttercups. Setting - perfect! Healthy food provided every day but what is more important Victoria is open for diversity as well as provides service tailored to our needs. Me and my little boy are delighted by Victoria and Sue. I feel my child is in the center of their attention every day! Thank you very much Ladies!

I will be placing my daughter in the care of Buttercups in January 2013. Extremely happy with the setting itself, very clean and tidy with lots of toys and activities on show for the children to do. Came across as very professional but fun too! Was really happy with how Victoria and Sue interacted with my daughter and how she responded so well! I can't wait to see what my daughter will get up to and how she develops and grows ready for school!
