Lianne came out to the sticks to look after 4 boys 8, 7, 5, 4 in a hotel for the evening and did a great job the youngest was so impressed he wanys another babysitter which is fantastic after years of not meeting new people. Thanks for keeping them entertained and happy. X

Lianne has been working for us for the past 2 years caring for our twin boys since just after their first birthday, In this time she has become part of our family, someone we trust entirely with the care of our boys and who they adore. We often turn to her for guidance and advice on the boys care. We work irregular shifts and Lianne has always been willing to be flexible and help out in emergencies She has been totally reliable, always punctual and frequently goes the extra mile when it comes to the boys. She is one of the kindest people we have ever had the pleasure to know and this shines through in her care.

Lianne was Nanny for my 3 little boys, for a long period of time working long hours to coincide with my shift pattern - at times, challenging, but Lianne was wonderfully supportive in assisting the ebs and flows of family life, and could not do more to help.
She removed all concerns I had in leaving my boys to return to employment, (having never used childcare before), and in no time she proved her skills in working with our kids, who span the age spectrum whilst displaying the same values as I do, when delivering the highest standard of care. She formed bonds with each of the boys, in no time. Using age appropriate methods and communications with all of them. And has the patience of a saint :)
Lianne managed crisis, illness and injury perfectly during her time with us, and each time she did so with professionalism, efficiancy and adhered completely to the protocals I had laid out for the care of the children in my absence. (3 kids, over the winter period - you can imagine).
Her sense of creativity never failed to amaze me. And her kind gentle manner is just what you need as a parent, to feel assured your babies will be safe. But Lianne balances this aspect of her personality perfectly with the ability to be firm and offer guidance and resolution if a child`s behaviour is challenging, ensuring safety also.
Another sound feature of Lianne`s practice is her communication and handing over of information, also her timely awareness of when I was to be contacted at work regarding any issues in my absence. In all these respects I arrived at a point where I was at work, completly confident that Lianne would contact me if I was needed and also manage any situation confidently until I arrived home - and it certainly happened a few times! So I can say all this with experience :)
In short Lianne blew us away, the Boys still think of her fondly, as they saw her as extended family, they loved her to bits. And will hopefully always be there to babysit for us.
