I cannot recommend Lisa and Laura highly enough as childminders! After visiting more than 10 different settings, I immediately felt at ease when I saw Lisa’s place and spoke with her. From the moment my daughter started there at just 9 months old, it was clear that she was in wonderful hands.
Lisa and Laura have been incredibly supportive in helping my daughter adjust. When we first joined, my daughter struggled with daytime naps, but Lisa worked closely with us to establish a sleep routine that really made a difference. I truly appreciate their dedication to maintaining a consistent schedule for naps, meals, and snacks, which has provided my daughter with a sense of stability.
What stands out most is their engagement with the children. They constantly plan various activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures, and even trips to museums and farms. It’s clear that they genuinely care about fostering a fun and enriching environment.
Thank you, Lisa and Laura, for all that you do! I’m so grateful to have found such a nurturing and stimulating place for my daughter to grow and thrive.

My little girl started at little treasures when she was just 9 months old (she is now nearly 3) She absolutely adores Lisa & Laura! So much so i will be keeping her in this setting during holidays when she ventures up to big girl school next year.
Not only are they the best people i could ask for my daughter helping with her behavioural issues, speech delay etc they truly care about the whole families wellbeing.
The help and support they have shown me and my family during a tough time this year is unmarkable and i will be forever grateful!
My daughter has come on leaps and bounds recently and that is all down to these lovely ladies!
If i have done one thing right it would be that i found the perfect family enviroment for my daughter whilst im out working. (they also welcome my eldest with open arms every time he walks through the door to collect his sister)
They provide home cooked foods daily so i am at peace knowing my child has a stomach full of nutritional healthy food.
The structure and routine is brilliant my daughter thrives off this type of enviroment!
They have a great choice of educational toys within the setting and the children get out and about to playgroups, libaries, parks & farms.
Nothing is too much for these women they will go above and beyond for anyone, would reccomend to anyone and everyone!

My little boy Arrow has been attending Lisa’s Little Treasures since he was 10 months old (he’s now almost 3), and the experience has been amazing. From the very beginning, both the children and parents are made to feel like part of the family. Lisa and Laura have created such a warm and welcoming home-from-home environment, and Arrow absolutely adores them both. He’s equally obsessed with Lisa’s partner and their children - it really is a family affair!
They are always getting up to something for Arrow to tell me all about when he gets home.. outdoor play, playgroups, themed learning, making music, trips, or making special little crafts (which immediately get displayed on my fridge). Lisa is also super supportive and helpful with any concerns - for example we’ve worked together on Arrow’s fussy eating, coming up with strategies to help improve it.
I may be biased, but I have a wonderful little boy and I really do think they have played a key role in helping him thrive. Lisa and Laura treat the children like an extension of their own family and I couldn’t be more grateful for all they do. Little Treasures certainly comes highly recommended by me.

My little one has been going to Lisa’s since I finished my maternity leave and we are so pleased we found her. She’s now nearly two and is always excited when she finds out it’s a ‘Lisa and Laura day’! The whole gang are like a little family and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Food is great, provision is varied and we love that our little one gets to regularly have adventures like visiting parks, libraries and playgroups, and even meeting farm animals. Can’t recommend Auntie Lisa and Auntie Laura enough!

Lisa has been absolutely fantastic with my little boy. He is currently under assessment for ASD and I was really anxious about sending him anywhere as change of routine is really hard for him and I was his only safe person. I wasn’t sure how he would cope around other children as he’s never been very social or comfortable around others.. However Lisa has made the transition for him really smooth and gone at his pace, followed his lead with no pressure and made him and me both feel very comfortable. She’s kept me calm and reassured me for the entire process. My little boy is finally starting to try new foods, make friends and come out of his shell and it’s all thanks to Lisa & Laura. Can’t thank them enough for everything they do. The setting is perfect, so warm and inviting and there is a lot of love there!

Little Treasures is a true gem! We had Lisa and Laura recommended to us and we were so happy to get a place for our little girl. She settled so well instantly and was made to feel part of the family straight away.
My daughter is so excited to go to Auntie Lisa and Laura’s to play and learn with her friends. They often take the children to the library, park, plays gym and farm all of which my daughter loves and learns from.
I honestly couldn’t recommend a better pair of ladies, they are trustworthy, caring, kind, fun and all round AMAZING! Highly recommend!

My daughter (now 11) went to her "Auntie Lisa's" from 6 months old. It was important to me that when I returned to work, she had somewhere that was a home from home. I could not have imagined that I would find someone as caring and committed as Lisa. She always had fun activities planned - even taking them for a trip to the seaside in the summer! Not only did Lisa make us feel so welcome, but so did her whole family and we are lucky that we are now life-long friends. I would recommend Lisa in a heartbeat.

Today is a sad day for my daughter as she has left Lisa's care ready to start school in the new year.
When she started she used to cry everytime I left, now she practically pushes me out the door. She was a very picky eater, often eating nothing or very little so to hear she ate sausages, mashed potato and turnip with gravy almost brought me to tears. I cannot praise Lisa and Laura enough. The setting is lovely and lively and the children come first in every aspect. My daughter has thrived in their care and is now dry through the day, emotionally and educationally ready for school and understands more about sharing and turn taking than I could have taught her. You really have had a massive impact on my little lady and I look forward to sharing her journey with you. Thank you so much, Louise

My son has been with Lisa for 5 years.
She is by far the best around. She is known as Auntie Lisa to the children but she has been more like a mum to my son.
I leave him with Lisa and know I have no fear and he is in safe hands. As a parent you feel part of Lisa s family.
Over the years I have become good friends with Lisa and I hope that continues.
Unfortunately my sons mum passed away and lisa helped both me and my son through the hard times...
You will not get a better child minder in the area and i cannot thank her enough

My two children have been cared for by Lisa since my little boy was 9 months old and my daughter 2 years. They are now about to turn 5 and 7 and we are no longer in need childcare but have been happy with the care and home from home environment Lisa has provided through their formative years. Lisa always welcomes the children and parents into her home and you very much feel like you and the children become a part of an extended family. The home is set up with the childrens needs in mind, there are numerous activities and toys for the children that are all well looked after and rotated often. My children do not eat with Lisa other than at breakfast time, but breakfasts are always well balanced and plenty of choice on offer. Before my children began school Lisa used to take them to all kinds of extra activities, from playgroups to music groups and also took them out on day trips to the park and other places like Nostel Priory. I cannot recall a time when Lisa has had to cancel childcare as a result of illness or other issues so she is very reliable in this sense. I have always felt my children were loved by Lisa and they will miss her as will I, we will stay in touch as friends and I really think is testament to the service she has provided.
