Kind and caring

Sophie has looked after our 8 year old son on a regular basis since June 2018. She has collected him from after school club, made his dinner, overseen his homework and played with him. She has also looked after him in school holidays. She is a kind and caring person and our son has had a lot of fun with her. We enjoyed working with her very much.

not experienced and couldn't rely

she came with no experience and promised to learn everything. so i helped her all through the job for 3 days, taking off from the work so she settles quickly but she couldn't cope up even for 4 days. she's nice but not ready to be full time nanny. she texted on Saturday saying can't come on Monday because it's too tiring for her.. was highly disappointed and hope she understands the full extent of childcare because committing
