Delighted so far

Absolutely delighted so far.

Mel has taken the time to get to know us and our son. Our little boy immediately warmed to her and her family.

The facilities are homely and well maintained. Only left our son a few hours so far but he settled quickly and was a very content little boy when we returned. Mel provided us with a lovely report and some photos of his activities which were much appreciated.

I shall update this report as we progress but I am very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism so far.
