Thank you Lorraine

I have known Lorraine for more than 2 years and my daughter absolutely loves her. We've been using Lorraine's services as a childminder for more than 2 years.
Lorraine is a wonderful person, she is caring, fair, responsible and very kind and understanding. She is always there to listen to any child's needs and she is very professional in what she is doing.
I had a couple of incidents when I needed an immediate help and urgent care in the morning and Lorraine helped us without hesitation.
My daughter and me will surely miss Lorraine when we change a school next year. Any child who will be under Lorraine's care is guaranteed to get a great, fun and comfortable environment and lovely moments to remember.

Lorraine has looked after my daughter full time for a year, since just after her first birthday. She has provided a warm and loving home-from-home environment for her, and I could not be happier with the care she has received. My daughter initially found separating from me difficult, but Lorraine handled this brilliantly and gave her the love and attention she needed to make her feel secure. Lorraine has supported her to become a very confident and happy little girl, and has allowed me to be able to work full time whilst knowing that she is happy with a childminder she loves, and who loves her. They have lovely busy days with lots of visits to the library, messy play, soft play and trips to the park, and my daughter has learnt to socialise really well with other children. We are moving to another area of the country but we are both going to miss Lorraine very much, and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a childminder.
