We met Daria few years ago, she was recommended by one of my friends.
Daria is an excellent listener. She is dedicated to whoever she is working with, and with her excellent knowledge and calmness, she can bring some balance back to the family. Daria helped me with my 5 years old daughter and her struggles with sleep.
She explained the science behind a child’s sleep, and how developing millstones can influence sleep and behaviour. She also explained the importance of a nutritious diet for me and my new baby. Daria helped me to understand what I should expect as a normal child sleep or behaviour. She helped me realize that the developmental changes occurring through a child’s life can impact sleep and behaviour. We were able to help our daughter sleep through the night, and now with the new 6 months old baby Daria came to visit us and gave us some tips for the new baby. It is great to know Daria she is professional, knowledgeable, and she treats everyone with respect.

I would highly recommend, Daria.

Exceptional assistant for our son's.

Daria made a big impact on the development of our older son, supporting him with his fine motor skills with specific movement tasks.
Daria made an enormous contribution to establishing a good sleep routine, eating habits and help with our son’s overall attitude to nutrition. She implemented good daily routines and effective reward systems for good behaviour. She helped improve his concentration level with reading and maths activities. To improve on all of these areas required exceptional patience as our son was born extremely premature and has multiple health needs. The progress he has made as a result of Daria’s care is exceptional.
Daria has helped us with the school settling in process and continues to guide us, parents, through the curriculum, giving support with home learning.
Daria’s knowledge of the art of childcare helped us frame our experiences with our children, understanding what is ‘normal’ and what might come next. In her communication with us parents, Daria has always shown good professional judgment as to when to make recommendations or provide support by simply being there for us. As we are involved in a complex healthcare programme for both our children, Daria often acted as a good sounding board for the information we had received from healthcare institutions such as hospitals. Helping us with the sense-making and decision-making and how to fold our exceptional needs into the everyday life of a child.


Daria’s patience, resourcefulness and sincere interest in child development have surpassed any expectations we have had. As a family, we are enriched by having Daria with us. Our children are more content, competent and confident as a result of all Daria’s good work.


I would whole-heartedly recommend Daria to work in any childcare or educational context.

Highly recommended sleep consultant!

Where to start!?
We met Daria two years ago, she helped us with our first son. He wasn't a good sleeper since day one! Lot's of problems with reflux. We went through months and months of sleepless nights!
We worked with Daria for a few weeks and she was absolutely amazing! Patient with me and my hubby who desperately wanted to see immediate results! Her knowledge about sleep and experience in dealing with first-time parents were priceless.
She taught us what healthy sleep looks like, she helped us set up a sleep routine and what's important she helped me deal with my anxieties!
After having my second child last year I was much less anxious and stressed, Daria also helped us to established sleep routine with my daughter. She visited us when my little one was only a few weeks old, Daria made sure that we are doing everything we can to establish a healthy routine from the beginning. I can contact her anytime, which gives me peace of mid!
Wonderful experience and totally worth the money.
