We’ve had Nanny Rachel for around 6 months and I cannot recommend her enough. She continuously goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of our family are met. She’s never once said she can’t pick the kids up early (even 6am) or drop them back late.
My children love spending all day with her and they especially love her kids. My son is the same age as her son and they are now best friends. She’s always taking them to toddler groups and age appropriate activities such as soft play. I know when they kids are with her, they will be getting the right amount of learning through play and home comforts.
She ensures they get to school on time each morning and engages with the teachers at pick up to ensure we’re getting feedback even though we can’t be there ourselves. She happily takes them to their after school clubs such as ballet.
We love her so much and she will always be part of our family!
(The only reason we've had to move on is because I expecting a baby and therefore will be home full time).

We've been with Nanny Ra for over 2 years now and really happy. Our little boy is always looking forward to each day with her, and always has a fun active time. In the time with her, our little one has always been excited to see her each morning and eager to get involved in the days activities.
His development has been enhanced by the activities Nanny R gives, and can confidently recite numbers, colours and days of the week.
The nanny share set up has been really easy to manage, and we have had no difficulties with the payroll side of things - its surprisingly straight forward and stress free.
Nanny R has become part of our family, and affords us the flexibility we need when juggling work and childcare. We couldn't do it without her!

Overall
Our family couldn't be happier since Rachel has joined us. Our son absolutely adores her, and she looks after him as if he was her own. The love, care and attention he receives is 2nd to none, and the smile on our child's face when she arrives in the morning, says it all.
Happy baby = Happy parents. :)
I couldn't recommend Rachel enough.
