Exceptional Childminder

From the very beginning it was evident that Gemma possessed a genuine passion for working with children. Gemma creates a nurturing and supportive environment, coupled with well-rounded activities focusing on child development. One aspect that sets Little Gems apart is their ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for all the children in her care.
Above all, Gemma has formed a genuine bond with my child. Their warmth, kindness, positive energy shine through in every interaction.
Gemma is always approachable, responsive, and proactive in keeping us informed about our sons progress and daily activities.
My child looks forward to spending time at Little Gems and I am grateful for the positive impact they have had on my child's life.

Happy little boy

Our son has only been with Gemma the last 3 months but he’s come on leaps and bounds and is very happy in Gemma’s setting. I feel extremely comfortable with him in Gemma’s care. They go off exploring to lovely places such as National Trust Parks, garden centres and soft plays on a regular basis and our son loves it. Couldn’t recommend Gemma more.

Extremely reliable and fun childminder

Our son has been with Gemma since be was 10months (now almost 4) and we feel extremely lucky to have found such a reliable, organised and fun loving childminder. Our son has thrived since attending, both socially and emotionally. The children seem to know the boundaries but also have lots of fun! Gemma's day to day communication is exceptional. Her reports are also extremely thorough; as parents we are kept in the loop of the goings on within her setting. The range of activities and outings are brilliant and the kids are left exhausted by the end of the day (bonus!) Our 4 month old daughter will also be attending in due course. We can't rate Gemma highly enough!

Home away from home

I’ve been with Gemma since the beginning and I can honestly say, she’s the best. I’ve never even considered using anybody else!
My son (now 6) started at 11 months old and my daughter (2.5) started at 1 and they have both thrived as a direct result of Gemma’s care. We feel so lucky to have found her!

Lovely and flexible childminder

My two children started with Gemma last month and it has been a lovely experience feeling secure in the knowledge that they are well looked after, well fed, enjoying and learning lots at Gemma’s. Gemma has been so flexible agreeing to term time only and helpful in taking my daughter on for a short while in addition to my son with short notice. Love the feedback I get too. As a mum herself, she bends over backwards to be as helpful as possible. Couldn’t be better.
