Home from home

Cindy is a natural around young children, and I can't recommend her care highly enough. Throughout the past year my 2 boys have adored spending time with her and her other charges. She provides a safe, nurturing environment and always goes out of her way to ensure her charges are happy, stimulated and flourishing. She is also one highly organised lady, so a parents dream in terms of communication and feedback.

Highly Recommended

Cindy has been looking after my (now) 2 and 4 year old for approx 1 year. My kids are really happy with her. She works hard to stimulate both of them (they have very different personalities) and to make sure that they are both receiving the attention they need. She is consistent in her discipline and has really helped to iron out some of those toddler behaviour issues!
From the parent point of view I find her friendly and approachable. She is very keen on having a 'team' approach to developing the children, ensuring that I am happy with the approach she takes but that i also understand the way she works.
She applied good 'mum' instincts to situations and I trust her judgment.
I would be happy to speak to a prospective client/provide a reference for Cindy.
